The Humane Society of Wilkes does not have a shelter. The Adoption Committee of the Humane Society of Wilkes works closely with Wilkes County Animal Control to help get their animals adopted. All of the animals listed in Available Dogs and Available Cats are at the Wilkes County Animal Control Facility at 408 Call Street Wilkesboro, NC (336) 903-7688. Their hours of operation are 10:30am to 5:00pm Monday-Friday, and 10:30am to noon on Saturdays.
