December first a cruel hearted person took a VERY pregnant female rottie into a shelter and left her there to die. A wonderful volunteer for NCRR jumped into action to get this sweet girl out of there! On 12/9/2008 She had 11 puppies and 8 have survived. Due to lack of donations they were not able to take the puppies on as well
Only have one male (black and white) border collie, lab, chow and setter mixed yes (MUTS). They are 2 months old went to vet 2009/02/07 are in good health had first shot and were de-wormed. Do not have papers stating they had shot but the Vet's number is available below feel free to call will make call on Monday morning to let them know there will be inquires. No home, skinny, roaming around.
I live in the country and people like to dump their animals around my house and leave them for dead. Recently a dog showed up at my door that I believe is a Rottweiler/Chocolate Lab mix. He is a big boy and still very young and has potential to get bigger. He has been on his own for awhile because he is very very skinny. Very cute, friendly puppies, 6 males,
2 females. Born New Year's Eve and starting to eat dog food, so ready for new homes. Mixed breed mother is about knee-high, fur looks like golden retriever except she is solid black (and smaller); she's really pretty. Don't know what kind the father is, but the pups look sort of like golden retriever puppies. They are a mix of tan/gold/white and black/white. The mother is a stray who showed up at my mom's house and had the puppies. We'll have to call the shelter if we can't find homes for them; please help!

Storm is a wonderful young adult male, he is approximately 2 years old by xrays. He is pure bred with a natural tail. He does act like a puppy, and with him being a stray it is hard to tell f he every had a puppy hood or not. Please read his sad story below. He will need a special furever home as he is disabled, but like I have always said someone is only as disable as they allow themselves to be. He has learned to over come his disability and you would never know he had one. Just look at the pictures of him running and playing, it is amazing.

This is for Einstein who is a rottie/hound mix he is around 5 months old. His adoption fee is $175 which includes all his shots and neuter. All of our dogs are also on heart worm preventive and inside dogs. Einstein is also here with me in Hickory. All of our Hickory dogs can be seen at Petsmart in Hickory on the second Saturday of every month from 12-4. Thanks for your help..
